There, he led an international team from start-up concept to a publicly traded company with an inventory of over $40 million dollars in fine art available for retail sales.

Michael Besson is happily married to Shelly Besson. They reside in Las Vegas NV., where he is a father of seven children. They comprise of three adult children, Jeff, Natalie and Tony with four lovely daughters still living at home. They are Shannon , Samantha , Desiree and baby Alexis. Since earning his B.S. degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of California at Berkeley, Dick Rogers has held leadership roles in finance, marketing and development for companies ranging from a publicly traded golf course ownership and development company in which he was one of the founding shareholders to entrepreneurial companies in real estate, development and construction.

Mr. Warrington has an extensive background comprised of a strong sales and marketing foundation with many years of proven management, leadership, and technical experience. He specializes in managing, inspiring, and working closely with people to produce goal oriented results, as well as, building and leading strong sales and marketing teams. Mr. Warrington decided early on that family structure and time at home were paramount in his life. It was this decision that led him to many years of success in the home-based business industry.

In 1998 he realized the incredible power and opportunity that the Internet presented and immersed himself in the teachings and strategies of many successful pioneers of this technology. He is an ongoing student of the Internet Marketing Center, Jay Abraham, Alex Mandossian, Frank Kern, Eben Pagan, John Reese, Russell Brunson, Anthony Robbins, and many others. He also holds two U.S. patents for products he has developed, manufactured, and successfully brought to market. Prior to recently starting his own company, Mr. Warrington held the position of Director of Global Marketing for an eight-year-old international nutritional network marketing company. In less than two years working for that company Mr. Warrington was instrumental in taking sales from roughly 40 to 50 new distributors coming on board each day to over 500 per day when he left employment with that company.

In 1986 Mr. Boyer successfully completed the curriculum requirement for a certificate in Advanced Personal Financial Planning as issued by the California Certified Public Accountants' Foundation for Education and Research. In 1996 Mr. Boyer successfully completed all course requirements of the National oil and Gas Accounting School as conducted by The Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies and Professional Development Institute of the University of North Texas
